No account access needed.”I paid for a report but haven’t received it.”Check your spam or promotions folder first. Our emails come from [your email address]. If it’s not there, message us and we’ll resend it right away.”Can you manage my listing for me?”We don’t do property management or co-hosting. Dr BNB is the diagnosis and the prescription. You’re the one who fills it. But we’ll make sure you know exactly what to do and in what order.”Do you work with listings outside of Airbnb?”Yes. We can analyze listings on VRBO and Booking.com too.
