About The Doctor

I started my Airbnb hosting journey in 2015 with a two bed apartment and zero idea what I was doing. My first review was four stars and the other went so great, I almost quit.

What I did instead is become obsessed with figuring out what separates struggling hosts from thriving ones. I read every forum post. I tested every strategy. I made every mistake so you do not have to.

Fast forward to today. I am a 30-time Superhost, I have managed 63 properties across London, and I have hosted over 1800+ guests from around the world. My listings consistently rank in the top results for my market, and my average rating is 4.8 stars. Today I don’t do some much hosting but the philosophy still exists.

Why I Built DrBNB

After years of hosts and friends messaging me for advice, what I realized is most people struggle with the same problems. How do I get more bookings? How do I improve my reviews? What do I do when something goes wrong?

DrBNB exists to answer those questions. Every article I write, every tool I build comes from real hosting experience. What I do not share is theory. I share what actually works!

My Hosting Philosophy

Great hosting is not about luxury. It is about clarity, communication, and consistency. Guests do not need marble countertops. (some do) What they need is to know the WiFi password, trust the bed is clean, and feel confident you will help if something goes wrong.

Get those basics right, and five-star reviews follow naturally.
